All mystery boxes are put together with the care and attention that OMR would personally expect if purchasing a mystery box elsewhere!
Unfortunately due to the individual and personal orders we receive, returns are not accepted. Whether it be mystery boxes or confectionery!
DAMAGES - please contact OMR immediately to advise of parcel or item damages and we will endeavour to help where possible.
MISSING PARCEL - OMR will follow the guidelines set by the courier in question and work with you to resolve the issue. Sometimes delivery times are out of our control but we will always try our best.
